Can I try before I buy?

Yes. The Explorer plan is free forever and includes 500 MB, enough for about 1,000 photos. Upgrade whenever you need more space.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our secure payment provider.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime, from your account settings. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for.

What happens to my photos if I cancel?

Nothing disappears straight away. Once your paid period ends, you get a 90-day grace period to view and download everything. Uploads are paused, and resubscribing restores full access at any time. Before the grace period ends, we'll send you reminders and a complete export of your content.

How does contributor access work?

On any plan, including the free Explorer plan, you can invite anyone to add photos to your collections, and they never have to pay. Their uploads count against your storage, not theirs.

Yes. Every photo is encrypted in transit and at rest, and our infrastructure has been independently penetration-tested. No system is ever 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data, and we never sell it or share it with advertisers.

Everyone gets the full, ad-free experience. Pay for extra photo storage, that's it.

Cancel anytime. Your memories stay accessible.

After you cancel, you keep a 90-day read-only grace period: view and download everything, with uploads paused until you resubscribe. We'll send reminders plus a complete export of your content before it ends.

Keep your originals or save space with smart compression. Your choice, every upload.
No ads, no data harvesting, no AI training on your photos. Your memories are not a product.

What's the catch?

An honest look at why Lovd is free, what it actually costs to run, and how the paid plans cover the rest.
