Can I try before I buy?

Yes! Start with the Explorer plan which includes 500 MB of storage for free. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime to get more storage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment provider.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

What happens to my photos if I downgrade?

After you cancel, your memories stay viewable and downloadable for a 90-day grace period. You can't upload during that time, but you can resubscribe anytime to restore full access. Before the grace period ends, we'll send reminders and a complete export of your content.

How does contributor access work?

When you have a paid plan, you can invite anyone to contribute to your collections - even if they're on the Explorer plan. They can upload photos to your collections, and the storage counts against your quota, not theirs.

We take security seriously. All photos are encrypted in transit and at rest, we follow industry best practices, and our infrastructure has been independently pen-tested by security professionals. No system is ever 100% secure, but we've taken every precaution to protect your data and we never share it with third parties.

Everyone gets the full, ad-free experience. Pay for extra photo storage, that's it.
