Can I try before I buy?

Yes! Start with the Explorer plan which includes 500 MB of storage for free. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime to get more storage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment provider.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

What happens to my photos if I downgrade?

Your memories stay with you for as long as you subscribe, plus a matching grace period after cancelling. Subscribe 6 months, get 6 months of viewing access; subscribe a year, get a year. During your grace period you can view and download everything, and we'll send reminders plus a complete export before it ends. Resubscribe anytime to restore access, or a family member can resubscribe on your behalf.

How does family sharing work?

With the Family plan, up to 4 family members (including the owner) share a 100 GB storage pool. Each member gets their own account and can create their own collections.

How does contributor access work?

When you have a paid plan, you can invite anyone to contribute to your collections - even if they're on the Explorer plan. They can upload photos to your collections, and the storage counts against your quota, not theirs.

We take security seriously. All photos are encrypted in transit and at rest, we follow industry best practices, and our infrastructure has been independently pen-tested by security professionals. No system is ever 100% secure, but we've taken every precaution to protect your data and we never share it with third parties.

Everyone gets the full, ad-free experience. Pay for extra photo storage, that's it.
